An Unlimited Delivery subscription allows you to prepay for your Delivery fees monthly. If you have an active Unlimited Delivery subscription linked to your account, the delivery fees will automatically be removed on any order over $80.
How often can I order?
You can order as often as you like and receive unlimited deliveries when you have an active Unlimited Delivery subscription, subject to our Terms & Conditions and Fair Use policy.
Can I select any delivery slot?
Absolutely - an Unlimited Delivery subscription allows you to select any available delivery slot, 7 days per week.
Is there a minimum spend?
The minimum spend before your Unlimited Delivery will activate is $80. Orders under this value will be charged the standard fees as applicable.
How soon can I start using my subscription?
Your subscription will be activated against your account as soon as your first order is placed with your chosen Unlimited Delivery subscription in your shopping cart.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time, you can do this under your account profile. You will still receive the full benefits until the end of your Unlimited Delivery subscription period. You can reactivate your Unlimited Delivery subscription at any time but you will forfeit the right to the free month that is offered when you initially sign up.
Can I use my Unlimited Delivery subscription benefits in more than one Drakes Online store?
Unfortunately not, the Unlimited Delivery subscription you purchase is specific to that store.
Can I use my Unlimited Delivery subscription benefits for Same Day deliveries?
Unfortunately not, the Unlimited Delivery subscription is not available for Same Day deliveries.
